Popis

We present model s suitable for simulating tuned plasma discharges under an argon atmosphere. The proposed model and its numerical analysis facilitated the designing of a plasma discharge nozzle; relevant experiments were then compared and evaluated. The plasma chamber is suitable for surface treatment at a nanometric distance from the material air interface; such an operation can create interesting layers of inorganic/organic materials designed as resonant structures. The paper demonstrate s the ability of a plasma discharge to function as a parametric tool that modifies the electromagnetic and mechanical properties on the surface of the applied material.
